The Role of Internal Audit, Leadership Effectiveness, and Organizational Culture in Risk Management Effectiveness

Purpose: To determine the extent to which role of internal audit, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture influence effectiveness risk management.
 Design/Method/Approach: This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach.
 Findings: The results this explain that management is needed in organizations achieve goals, especially those related culture.
 Theoretical Implications: concludes improve management, it can be seen from culture. All variables are measured through dimensions indicators existing theory.
 Practical obtained show have significant effect on Originality/Value: originality lies used make questionnaires were distributed respondents.
 Research Limitations/Future Research: data collection technique survey at private universities Bandung Cimahi registered List Higher Education Region IV only.
